Hi, I'm evaluating ObserveIT and received the following error message when installing the agent:
System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
at ObserveIT.ClientSetupActions.RegisterServerManager.GetLicenseStatusByAgentType(AgentType aAgentType)
at ObserveIT.ClientSetupActions.ClientInstaller.Install(IDictionary stateSaver)
Please help.
