I would like to know if it is possible to get any sort of realtime alerts of when a user stops the ObserveIT Agent. Is that possible?

Hi Milos,
Sure. You can get realtime alerts by integrating ObserveIT's monitor log feature with any existing 3rd-party monitoring tools such as SCOM, Unicenter, Lightsout, Tivoli and so on. See this for an example:
