Yes. It's possible by using remote deployment tools such as Microsoft SMS/SCCM, by using Group Policy (GPO) or by using 3rd-party tools such as BigFix and others.

You can also deploy the Agents by using tools such as PsExec. We've got detailed instructions on how to do that in our documentation.
